A big part of the trick is that the dress is the same. The colors change and little accessories. At 1:46 you see her ready to pull off the front part of the dress. I don't know how they make it longer, but the color can be easily changed by having mini LED or more likely OLEDs sewn into the dress.

Its easier to see if you just watch video in Black and White.

@MultiJack97 Especially since each dress has less and less fabric around the yolk and a longer and longer skirt... I think the skirt of the next dress is folded into the blouse of the current dress. Then all that has to be done is let the blouse down to reveal the skirt, which folds down over the waist to cover the other dress. The green "dress" that show off all of the legs ironically has the most fabric up top, covering up the purple skirt later to be revealed.

How could people even mistake this for OLED? "Organic light emitting diodes" emit light. The bitch would be glowing if this is true. It's a dynamic dress. It's constantly shifting and flipping in order for her to show that she's "changing" her dresses. Take a closer look at the chest area and the stomach area. The dress looks a little too thick - explaining the excessive layers and "dresses". You can even see that at 0:50, one of the dress layers drops.
