If you like quake wars you will LOVE Brink i finished the security campaign including the 2 bonus what if missions and i've almost finished all of the resistance campaign, my dad has xbl and i dont and i only play brink for the single player and its SWEET! i think that if u have online it will be even better thumbs up if u agree with me that Brink i s a good game, isnt perfect and has A LOT of potential

Pretty much Security gets all the cool armor first, and Resistance gets silly looking armor. But towards the end of levels, Security gets boring and the R get some sick ass looking gear.

@Proskater648 Well somewhat Mirror's Edge, it is definately not as in depth movement wise, it's still a shooter at heart. TF2 because of similar character models and an emphasis on team based tactics, Battlefield because of the simplistic yet in depth field and weapons, a bit of Call of Duty actually for the arcadeyness, Borderlands for similar graphics and RPG style ranking up and character customization and Mirror's Edge for the SMART system.

You set the teaser a little bit too early, if it wasn't for this trailer, I probably wouldn't have bought the game.

Plus I must also add, silicon lubricant is surprisingly useful for sliding back and forth across a tiled floor. I am watching this on the home LCD from my netbook while the parent's are away. I can't find a long enough VGA cable. The lubricant on the tiles was an accident I swear, I was trying to slide around on my feet. Knowing it dries when you spray it on. I blame the scotch.

PSN being down is going to ruin sales of this game on the Sony platform with LA Noire, a single player orgy, following it. That is a shame, but life isn't fair. I pre-ordered this game on Amazon with the hope that by the time it gets here (free shipping) Sony will have turned PSN back on at least partially. Storing personal info on the cloud is a problem waiting to happen. Richard Stallman warned us a long time ago. Something about human nature.... and Doritos makes us live Xtreme.
