Do you think all this nuc stuff could be a false flag? You know like the gulf oil spill? Becuss with the oil spill there was all these oil crisis happening elsewhere. Now we hear of all these other nuc plants having some kind of problem. Maybe there always is something going on in these plants now we are seeing them cuss of the crisis in Japan? Whats going on?

@BlessedONE333returnz It has actually been mentioned in the USA Today on 4/18/11. I personally, live right across the River from Surry Nuclear Power Plant. The storms that made it shut down, was unusual for this area. What few tornadoes we get, typically don't receive a measurement because within a handful of minutes of touching down, the tornadoes gone.

Surry has proven it withstands both tornadoes, hurricanes, and storm surges. The only noise and news it makes is it's monthly siren testing.

Actually the picture is not from SURRY's nuclear power plant, Surry does not have cooling towers. I worked there for 17 years as a Nuclear Instrumentation Technician. TimTech was my nick name.

@BlessedONE333returnz Made Local newspapers. I wasn't in town when this all happened, but the sirens never sounded, unless everyone is lying. That only happens if there's a likely event much more serious then a rapid shut down. Primarily a leak or the high chance of a leak.

So far, we've had reports of a nuclear reactor in arizona overheating, one in washington state, and one in ottawa....and now these in virginia..but, the nuclear regulatory agency is not listening. could it be that the agency is being squeezed in all different directions? the ones lobbying for nuclear power would kill those in the regulatory agency if they shut them down..? They probably have mini- nukes.
