    If you want to learn to throw actively resisting opponents, practice judo.

  • @jaidaphire you miss the point even in judo you practice cooperatively with your partner. The author of this video is Tim Cartmell who is a 7 time BJJ as well and full contact champion. His students compete in BJJ, Pankration and MMA, he is all about realistic traiing. This is an instructional video not a competition video
