@superstormj it took a while for the state trooper to get to the scene. My guess is they had no idea police were involved in the chase but simply saw a speeding car tumble and get wrecked.

@ShaunChaudoin Fool was dead soon as he got ejected and hit the ground, probably even before that. If he got ejeted its likely he wasnt wearing the seatbelt correctly, if at all, and the truck rolling around sure as fuck slammed his head around inside the truck. Fool cant be arrested and questioned anymore. Cops should just left the fool there for his family to go scrape off the off ramp.
