Mewtwo isnt really evil, or a messed up clone. Just sad, cuz he used to have a trainer, and he was once small. Then mew prob did something to tick him off, and the trainer left or som'n

@Katify9232000 No, that's not what happened. As a child he befriended a young girl who was another clone in the laboratory, her cloning process failed and she died. He was so traumatized the scientists had to sedate him to settle his brainwaves, erasing the only memory of human compassion he ever had. Then of course, after his cloning process was complete, he found out he was merely a product of science and wasn't cared for by anyone, then he was exploited by Giovanni. That's why he's so sad.

I remember seeing this movie in theaters when I was a kid...When ash became stone..it made my cry. Today I am 18 years old. I still cry. Way too emotional.

@TheMario417 The movie even made my 36 year old father cry. If you think about it, even though Pokemon was focused toward kids, "the first movie" was very dark in nature. Especially at the end when they are fighting to the death.
