game consoles have progressed in a very a high level for ten years so if you think about it we are really in a fast pace in techs so imagine a decadee from now how we are going to live.better techs....androids, mechs, and maybe this technology can recreate your own dreams and make it a game..(anything just think about it do what ever the hell you want to do about it, for example flying, create chaos to a city with super man powers, and for men; create hot women).. of course nothing is for sure.

@karl2arsch Well, the SDK unit is available world-wide and costs $499. The consumer unit will be $299 and is currently undergoing EMC Testing. According to gmac at Emotiv, the timescale for release will be one or two months.

@michon96 Of what they have told me, they haven't received the necessary USB Drivers for the consoles yet. They simply haven't looked into it. So, for the time being, it's PC only. I guess time will tell.

You do know the headset is out for sale right now, right? It isn't the laymans version though. It's a developers kit for 500$, you will get a lot of stuff you probably wont need, but you do get the headset.
