Kinks concerts were like a box of chocolates. You never know what was going to happen. When they were ON, no band sounded better. Sometimes they were so drunk or hi saying they sounded bad was be kind. Sometimes members of the band would get into a fist fight on stage. It was always a surprise.

@4JayeP I know what you mean. I went to see them on the Word of Mouth tour in Vancouver BC. They were 30-45 minutes late, the opening act was crud. Then The Kinks gave a dial it in performance of only their 80's stuff. And only 1 encore. I was so disappointed. But I always loved the band.

This was a fantastic tour! They were so tight and the set list was SOLID! I saw them at the Uptown Theatre in Chicago. They kicked ass!
