We that live in agriculture areas are fully aware of how these workers disappear after a year and the search for cheap labor must begin anew.
This means a constant flow is needed and that’s ridiculous; the workers take the first job out of the fields they can get.
It seems they too don't like doing these jobs unless they're forced as a condition of their being here.
Get "farm worker" permits or the workers will simply matriculate into the already battered construction jobs.

Securing the border has always been part of imigration reform legislation, until Obama that is. He is already counting the brand new legal American votes he would could gain. I'm all for stopping illegal immigration, but I am NOT for another paper that allows the government to stomp all over the rights of Americans. Every law legislation has passed, every rule of Congress, every Presidential order, has been abused since as far back as history goes. One excuse after another to abrogate the rights of the people. We are common people under common law, and that comes first. The Politicians are crooks, the Police are thugs, and the Government is a corporate monster.

@screwopenborders The problem is that the law will not profile and thus, it will be as far-reaching as TSA's control over airports. What I mean by that is the police will be suddenly granted the power to detain random people. TSA feels up granny, but lets the guy in the turban go through. AZ cops will now be checking YOUR papers, and it will be on you to prove your citizenship. Do not misconstrue this to mean that I am for profiling. I just think TSA and soon AZ cops will be more ineffective.

Don’t police ask for your documentation when you get pulled over anyways? I don’t have a problem with cops asking for papers when the guy they just stopped for a crime can’t identify himself and can barely speak English. I was asked if I was a legal citizen when my SSN wasn’t matching their file during release process. Didn’t bother me because I’M A CITIZEN.
Trust me. Cops are not gunna stand on the corner and start asking everyone for their papers.
