A person isn't ready to start having sex until they reach puberty which happens at the age of 10 or 11, depending on the person, females mature earlier then males and start going through puberty when they are 10 while males mature later then females and start going through puberty when they are 11, although a person isn't fully ready for sex until they are 16, a persons body isn't fully pyhsically developed until they are 16 so therefor 16 is the right age to start having sex.

i think guys should start having sex at an early age, because if you don't what happens is you get to used to the way your hand feels and it desensitizes you.
