not the reply i was expecting, but i have to say, in this case i'm very impressed, especially considering this was all done by 1 person, with presumably a much smaller budget than ...er, bigger groups.
I hope to post the fruits of the ohter animations I have done for this project soon, there was next to no budget, aside from the money I invested to create a rendering tower.
The software I used was 3ds Max 2009, for the modelling, animation and rendering, Adobe Photoshop for the textures, and Adobe After effects for the compositing.
May I ask how it wasnt the reply you were expecting?

The film is scheduled to be released in december, as filming hasnt commenced yet. But im unsure as to how much footage we will get due to limited time
Yes the movie is still going to be made, but not sure how much of it will be released :) a 5 to 10 minute segment is the requisit for a project handin at uni, but we might try and push for the whole thing
it'd be awsome to get the full movie done, if they don't get the whole thing done, it'd be nice to see what they do get done, and see the script to read through...
