If you perform regularly live in places like pubs where university students hang out, you can advertise mailing lists at your gigs. To advertise your gigs, you can put up posters where these guys hang out and on the posters you can mention your website addresses. It is almost always a hard slog, but in your case, a worthwhile one.

A record deal is a loan of money. The only reason that the record companies will lend you the money to record stuff professionally is if they think they will get their money back. You prove that you are successful in the live circuit, and then they will come to the party. My information is about 20 years old, but I doubt that has changed. I criticised (constructively) your touch on the piano, the other elements are quite beautiful.

You're hitting almost all of your notes on the piano a little too hard. When you hit your notes too hard, you don't give yourself room to move. You can't increase the volume because you are already playing at nearly your loudest. Also, the piano has a sweeter tone at its softer volumes which is better suited to ballads. Regarding becoming professional to the point where record labels are interested, you have to build your following. Regular live performance is the only method I know.
