Good info, I'm looking to buy one and not sell though. By the way, the music at the end of this was horrific!

@AmericanCritiquer Thanks for the comment. You'll want to pre-qualify the seller of the short sale as well (or their listing agent). LOL about the music at the end - at least you watched it to the end. =) I didn't make the music but I can take the complaint.
