Tobias and Lindsay nearly ruin the show for me. Everyone else gives great performances, but those two are like something from a SNL skit, where something that wasn't all that funny to begin with is beaten to death, episode after episode. Sure, there are millions of closet-cases married to rich girls. Just look at the Upper East Side of NYC or Hollywood. Still, they need to reel it in. It's over-drawn and grating. If you like drag queens, more Lucille--less Tobias, I say.

i think you're mistaking the character for the performance. tobias and lindsay were only ever together because of the drugs they were on, and sober, they're really pathetic, shallow people with a daughter...people stay together for much less...

I seen it and watched all three season like in 5 days, then i showed my teenage daughters. and they showed there family. its been like a domino effect. i love this show. my daughters were on that ride that you swing on at six flags. as they were flying through the air they yell. @jay1jayf From my understanding, its just a random statement that is funny. I'm pretty sure they are not making fun of 9/11 in any way, just using it for comedy (I know that doesn't sound good, but its the best way I could describe it). If I'm wrong, someone please correct me.
