It was only shown in the 2008 Jump Tour events and later came out on a special dvd release in Japan.

Its because no American company has bought the rights to it. So its more FUNI's fault for not acquiring the rights like they did with the rest of DBZ. This is why the Plan to Eradicate the Saiyains movie hasn't been dubbed in English as well.

I wonder why they never continued this series and made a version for the U.S, because Goku sounds like a old woman, I can't stand the Japanease voices. The english dubs are superior, at least to me.
