Yes ok the Detainee may have been putting up a struggle, but being stabbed and shock can cause all kinds of unruly behaviour. Yes ok the Detainee may have been putting up a struggle, but being stabbed and shock can cause all kinds of unruly behaviour. And whilst I accept that the police have to protect themselves and use some reasonable force to restrain the detainee, I don't think using fists is within the protocol. All to often you are hearing stories of how the police are behaving like thugs. Whilst I am sure there are many good officers there is others who let that let the police force down. And I am losing faith

Who actually filmed this vid? On closer inspection there seems to be footage missing, the vid jumps at 0.14 seconds so we can't actually see what happened to turn this into such a violent situation by the police.
Where is this missing footage & what does it show & why isn't it here with the rest of this vid?

Notice how they had to defend themselves from a man rolling around pissing blood everywhere. The punches to the victims head were to stabalise him. The handcuffs & leg shackles are to protect the victim in case the man who stabbed him comes back.
