I enabled developers console and I pressed "~","shift", "tab", "\" and a lot or other buttons and I still cant open the console...

and I need to open server browser to save servers 8vs8

To open the console:

Make sure the developers console is ENABLED on settings > mouse & keyboard

Come off settings, and then press ~ on your keyboard. If that doesnt work, press ` ¬ on your keyboard (at the top next to 1.) To use the console in game with the cheats, you must type in map c1m1 or something similar. Then vuala, it should work. Like so everyone can see!
