Dude I have been screaming to my friends about the lack of this game for the next gen for two years!!!! This is 2005? It would look way better than what we see of course, but if the focus would be on player movement and awsome physics(graphics are a given), EA would suck in alot of hardcore football fans as well as fans of the original. @BMason3604 Basewars was pretty cool. But that game was like PONG Compared to MLF. Basewars would not do so well if they brought it back. I mean it would do decent. But it has nowhere near the following of MLF. I know people that didnt even have a video game system and they love MLF just cause of the cartoon show. I remember the first time Monday Night football had that Robot show up Everybody in the room Blew Up saying Mutant League! And high fives commenced for about 2 minutes.

I have fond memories of Mutant League Football, and all I can say is this needs to get made. It has to get made.

I know that EA owns exclusive rights to the NFL license, and they own the rights to Mutant League Football, too, but SOMEONE needs to make this and show that you shouldn't be afraid to do a stylized sports game without a license.

Definatly the best sports game I've ever played, and the 2 player was amazingly fun. It was the best when the other team had to forfit due to having too many players killed :D

there's only one problem, Games Workshop, they are fiercely protective of their games and are very good with their lawyers. Ea would need to make sure this doesn't broach the Blood Bowl game from GW(if i'm not mistaken their was a lawsuit back in the early 90's about it.
