@smylee3760 Hey! Sorry for my slow response. It's a liver supplement that you can get anywhere that sells vitamins. Walmart & Walgreens seem to be the cheapest places to get it.

There's a lot of credible research confirming its ability to help the liver resist toxins. Some studies suggest it's effective against cirrhosis. And a lot of body builders use milk thistle to support their livers while they are taking steroids. Blue takes it twice daily with no side effects.
