  • To have that talent, and to have your partner backing you up.... win/win.

  • Thank u so much for uploading this song man it blessed my soul this is real music man it's been a long time since I heard somthing inspirational

  • ..that's some of the best stuff i've heard in my entire life!!!!...i keep playing it over and over.....

  • Two stars travelling hand to hand, marvellous, great!

  • Masterful...

  • I don't know which is more soulful, Susan's voice or Butch's guitar. I love it

  • SWEET................................

  • great song, derek trucks is just a different kind of guitar player.

  • Does anyone know how what this kind of organ is used? I'm trying to approximate it in Propellorhead Reason, or see if they emulate it already?

  • @GeneralGuitFiddle Hammond B3/Leslie organ

  • .... and Susans voice really touches me..... WAW....

  • If Eric Clapton says Derek is the best guitar player in the world.... I believe him... I´ve seen him now many times live now.... Really unbelieveable.... Come soon to Belgium again please

  • Saw them NYE 2012 Warfield SF,what a band.Derek is just killing it.Played thru 2 super reverbs,Susan did also,HUGE tone.

  • @dlm9293 ...believe he (Derek Trucks) should no longer live under the shadow of Duane Allman.

  • @surfer1211 I think comparing Guitarists is not cool, each guitarist has something to contribute.

  • @surfer1211 you're right..I am a lifelong ABB fan. (I'm 50) but I'm telling you, I saw the ABB last year here in Houston and Derek trucks just may be the greatest slide player ever. I don't think that's a stretch. The boy is the real deal.

  • @surfer1211

i would say Derek Trucks has a pretty singular sound. I dont think there is anyone else who has that sound, slide or otherwise. He sings with the slide, like a soul sista, and i mean that in a very good way!

  • @dlm9293 Granted we all know Allman can't progress anymore, in the time he played he really had total control of his instrument. Trucks has that as well only he has mastered his instrument whilst incorporating the fundamentals & techniques of another instrument/style into his playing. His use of Sarod playing/Kawali tunes +his style has created a sound that is truly his own today, not one player can recreate it. Now although DT IMO isn't the best overall guitar player out (John Mayer is) I stil

  • @dlm9293 A lot of people will probably call me blasphemous for this but Derek Trucks has far surpassed Duane Allman. I've seen performances from both players from well known performances to rarities to fan uploaded videos from shows "here and there;" and as masterful as Allman is, trucks Is just as masterful yet still progressing..

  • we are not worthy. what a song. what playing.

  • The tallent hidden in their kids,,, scarry!!

  • Anyone know the DW set there using?

  • There is not a person on this stage that could not lead a great band.

  • Perfect!!!

  • Whoa!

  • Amazing solo!! He plays strange with his right hand, but it sounds terrific.

  • Fantastic!

  • I love Derek and Susan. My friends and I covered this song at a concert a few weeks ago. We put the version up on youtube. It's not as a good as TTB but we tried. I'd sure appreciate any comments good or bad. Hope Derek and Susan put out a live album :)

  • Perfection. *****

  • Derek Trucks murders that guitar solo, and the bass guitarist was a perfect compliment to it!

  • @Smooth3G THE BASS PLAYER IS FROM THE ALLMANS....DEREKS BEST FRIEND...

  • Miss Tedeschi sings like an angel...kinda reminds me of Bonnie Rait...but different....and Trucks totally kicks ass...one of the very best!

  • hear her?????? thats a voice of a real woman :'D

  • angelic

  • Heart-wrenching .... Beautiful Music ,,, Romanticizes HeartBreak

Trucks Tedeschi - Wat To Go

  • Sweet. Beautiful rhythm

  • I saw this when crossroads was first on TV............and immediately started looking for it on itunes and everywhere else. Best thing I've ever heard, but I could not find it. Was not even aware of Tedeschi/Trucks...........and gave up looking. Saw a mention of them again recently........and looked again.........downloaded this song from itunes and have listened to it every day.........multiple times since. Love Derek Trucks...but also would have liked to see the organ.......have a turn.

  • SUSAN and Derek, a most excellent and gently beautiful collaboration. thank you from those of us still appreciating new music in the Motor city, Detroit. Mi

  • I really like Derek Trucks. But he plays guitar with a slide. Sonny Landreth plays slide guitar. Two very different hings

  • What's so great is that this song could have been recorded anytime in the last 40 years. It really is going to prove to be timeless.

  • I own the B-ray of this show.. watched this song and i feel that it stole the show. Its like there is a constant lead in to a better and better elemental beauty that pulls on you till you find yourself lost in heaven, bobbing your head to the beat.

  • this is what music is all about. She can sing a ton. Ever hear her do Richie Haven's "Follow" Blows me away. Susan has a great voice.

  • Derek Trucks is Duane Allman REINCARNATED. 'Nuff said.

  • Been listening to this the whole night and I can't stop listening till morning, so relaxing, love the intro too, been thinking where I heard that before, considering Derek been with ABB for sometimes it must be one of their cut. Am a fan.

  • @dbmonster the end part of the intro sounds like Soul Shine

  • Amazing. My new favorite song. Love the Allman Brother-esque intro and outro. Derek Trucks is a master guitarist, no doubt. You can just tell the band loves playing this beautiful song. Thank goodness for music like this these days. Rolling Stone called their new album (with this song) "a masterpeice". What ive heard so far is amazing as well. Oh well, song just ended, better replay and drift away for a while...

  • This is so beautiful, it went right in to my heart, tears are running,

I can listen to it again and again. I saw them on swedish television last night,

Thank you! ;o) greetings from Norway

  • I want sex with Susan.

  • I listen to this song everyday. Sometimes multiple times a day. I haven't heard a song with so much soul and emotion in a LONG time. It relaxes me and gets me through bad days. This is some great stuff, people. Why isn't this on the radio? America needs to wake up and smell the Tedeschi Trucks Band coffee. Seriously; great song.

  • It's so seldom that craftsmanship and soul come together like this. It's hard to imagine there's anyone alive who wouldn't be moved by it. If you're proud to be American, celebrate these two virtuosos. They are among our very best.

  • This song gives me goose bumps every time I listen to it.....

  • i didn't expect the solo to infuse my body with soul and awesomeness like it did. thanks!

  • I can listen to this everyday

  • Derek's playing is very blues/eastern influenced. A very earthy sound, kind of reminds me of the more traditional roots blues that originated in Africa.

  • There is hope for music yet.

  • What an amazing performance!

  • If you don't know what good music is refer to this performance. When a artist/band can remove you from reality for the duration of the song is rare and special.

  • I'd never heard of Derek Trucks until I watched this show on TV. Absolutely blew me away. I've never heard such emotional slide playing in my life.

  • My newest favorite song, cannot stop playing this!

  • Damn... Derek is letting that guitar sing out loud... amazing...

  • They're married and have kids. Can you imagine the music genes those kids have inherited?

  • Midnight in harlem

  • Amazing

  • Love it.

  • That's some far-out slide playing

  • What a sweet and soulful voice Tedeschi has. A very underated vocalist. And Trucks is just a marvelous guitarist. These guys have a big future !

  • amazing

  • Bra.

  • This is a 5 star performance. The chord sequence is a bit derivative of The Spinners "It's a shame" but hey, good musicians borrow and great ones steal, don't they?

  • i didn't believe in magic until i saw this video

  • @quickfingers818 : right on brother!

  • Wow. This is absolutely amazing. Not only an insanely talented lineup, but real guys that can groove together. Burbridge brothers, Trucks couple, need i say more.

  • Hey people buy there album... So this folks can go on and on and on and on.. Some amazing tracks on there new album , probably you see it on The tonight Show with Jay Leno.. Cooooooollllllllllllllll ..... Tedeschi Trucks Band -- Revelator

  • @scottaudio mine too,,,

  • @scottaudio absolutely, everything about this cuts through you

  • Much better version than some of the earlier ones, where the tempo seem to drag just a tad! This flows so nicely. Comfort zone!!

  • Does anyone know where this concert was?

  • @AnitaMarieStewart It was at Toyota Park in Chicago

  • @AnitaMarieStewart Eric Clapton's CROSSROADS GUITAR FESTIVAL 2010.
