Strange enough for me, I've never drank sangria without a cinamon stick! And for my own recepy I add a nice touch of Port wine, a tawny would be just fine, and maybe, deppending on the wine, brown sugar...

I love Absolute...never thought of adding it to Sangria. Do you have a recipe for the Absolute with a white Sangria...That's my drink for the the 2010 summer.
