  • pls upload the whole dvd pls thanks

  • koa guitar :'D

  • I have the Wildlife Concert DVD and its' so good.....

  • Thanks John for all the memories I have from songs you sang while I was growing up.....You left too soon but left a legacy of great music....

  • If you can watch this w/o at least being slightly emotionally affected...

    YOU HAVE NO FREAKING SOUL

  • Hij was een van de beste country zangers van de vorige eeuw.

  • This version is OK sometimes, but, if you really like John Denver, you ought to buy his studio recordings or different few live albums. His voice in this live recording video is shakey and strained a little bit, but, I wouldn't recommend this video clip or this version of the song, but try any other different version of "Take Me Home, Country Roads" and see what you really think of any different one besides this one

  • good times!

  • the ONLY person NOT clapping at 1:33

  • Man, I love this song. RIP Mr. Denver, you'll sorely be missed.

  • I love this song this song is very good

  • great! I love John Denver

  • john denver forever

  • my fav eva

  • Thanks for the song, John. I bought my forst motorcycle today. West Virginai first, then on to Winslow, Arizona. Peace.

  • The best version of Country Roads right here. Not the biggest country music fan but John Denver just takes it to a whole new level.

    R.I.P.

  • Io sono italiana, ma vorrei dire che ovunque John è fantastico,è amato............... grazie per le cantate che ci hai lasciato

  • I live in Scotland but I had to buy this concert because I heard this song a long time ago in the studio and brought to tears. I love to see the artist performing without the restrictions of recording a studio. And John is very charismatic and you can see he loves what he's doing. Thank you John for all the moments of love and peace that your songs bring to me and to everyone else. One day we're gonna see'ya again. RIP.

  • The Singer whit german roots i am so lucky

  • john denver, neil young, cat stevens, and john mellencamp shouldve gotten together to do a concert at some point. that would be heaven on earth

  • You are very close!! John Denver, Gordon Lightfoot and James Taylor DID perform in a concert together - in Detroit - I think back in the early 1980's!!!!

  • His music makes me want to move to a small town in the states... very touching

  • it's a great song. i live in rural mississippi, and when i visited to new york, i found myself singing this on the way home.

  • I'm a small town fellow. I have always love the country life. This song is perfect in reflecting what I mean. I'd rather live in a peaceful, quiet small town, as oppose to the dangerous big city. This is one song for the ages.

I have always like music, and John Denver is one of the BEST EVER. Rest in peace, and thanks for the many wonderful memories!

  • Donegal Road, take me home,

To the place, where I belong,

    Windsor Park, Northern Ireland,

    Donegal Road, take me home.

  • I worked with John Denver in Sarajevo Yugoslavia during the Olympics done by ABC Sports.

What a true gentleman...even in cold snowy weather, with a song setup in the mountains, he was a dream to work with.

Rest in Peace...I will miss you....

  • The more amd more I hear of these wonderful songs that this exceptional talented man wrote and sang I really wish he was still with us, so we could hear many more wonderful songs! I wish I was able to have seen him live at a concert, a friend of mine has, and I am so jealous that he managed it!John Denver was taken way too early! And of course my favourite is 'Annie's Song' a person who can write a such an exquisite song in my eyes must have had a beautiful heart!

  • This song reminds me of that going home feeling. When you've been away for a few days or weeks, and your glag to finnally be home. I learned it from this video and play it on a lap steel guitar.Iffy and Rusty

  • Great song! This song always makes me want to get out of the city for a while. I just love his Taylor acoustic! I love the resonator and the banjo too!

  • what happened to him??

  • He was killed in a plane crash near Pacific Groves, California about ten years ago.

  • Great to see the legendary James Burton playing some tasty lap-style dobro!

  • This song is an evergreen.

    Everyone's heard of it...

    The young and the old!

    Love it:)

  • who is the backgound singer? I can really hear her voice

  • That is Pat Hawk. She did a great job- but I was always partial to Renee Armand who did backup for him especially in the 70's. GREAT voice and harmony as well.

  • I moved to a ranch in Oregon with a friend of mine in 1974. I remember lying in bed at night, staring out the window across the pasture to the country hiway in the distance, watching the headlights tracing their paths in the darkness while Country Roads played on the radio. What sweet memories this song brings.

  • thats deep, man.

  • LOL

  • love it ,sittin in Scotland drunk but happy efter this song

  • One of the Greatest Countrysong´s from one of the best Country singer!!!!

    R.I.P John

  • This song leaves me in tears everytime I hear it...

It brings so many memories back, though I've never been in West Virginia. I really have a deep relationship with this song.

    Thanks for this video.

  • Im a punker, and yet I grew up with JD and I'm not ashamed say that this guy is up there with Cobain, Nowell, Hendrix and Presley RIP bro

  • West Virginia-what a gorgeous state-and the New River Gorge Bridge area-awesome-

    Take Me Home-Country Roads!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • I like country music I hope I can visit a pub in denver someday where a good country band plays

  • well seeing as how pubs are a irish/english thing, i dont think youd find a "pub" that also has "country music" from those damned "yankees".

    maybe a bar.

  • do you know the movie "the blues brothers"? there's a scene with a country band in a pub that's great that's what I'm dreaming of ;)

  • I wish it would have been a very LONG time before he went home to be among the stars and to "dance across the mountains".....

  • AWESOME!!! BUT THEN we wouldn't expect anything less from JD!!! He rocked the place WHEREVER he went in this world!!!!!!!

  • god bless west vegiea and john denver and america for this legand singer

  • Country roads, You fill all my senses, Rocky mountains high colorado, Old Mcdonald had a farm among my favorites, you wonder why he had to go

  • John Denver's contribution to the music world is monumental. He was a genius songwriter, brilliant guitarist, and gifted singer. He cared about the environment before it became fashionable. He is a true legend.

  • This is a great song

Esta cancion es realmente excelente la escucho desde pequeña y quisiera el video de la cancion "don't close your eyes tonight" porfavor si la pudieran conseguir.
