Nice work on both of them Glenn! 302 deadlift is pretty good for your age, and you barely even cheated on the curls too, that is with very little back movement, almost strict form, great work buddy!

Also, very proud of you with the seated barbell curls! dude i barely got 140X2 strict. It was done without moving my back at all, but you barely even moved ur back and got 115X7 holy cow! im lucky to do that! i wonder how much you can curl against a wall, you should try that next
