@Atlanta008 For the most part, he is saying when you divide all the numbers you will get the same number all the time. Like the example in the video 1 divided by 2 = .5 and 2 divided 4 = .5 and 3 divided by 6 =.5 so you can see that .5 is the answer for all of these problems so that's why there proportional.
