@Reshiram315 The developers probably just got lazy, or chose not to do it anymore. They don't lose their hearts in KHBBS, if you die. It's possible the Unversed don't cause people to lose hearts though. Honestly, I don't think you need to think too much of the Game Over screen.

Parts of the opening were taken from KH2:Final Mix's secret ending which came out in 2007, and you can spot some things that were changed later (The end of Ven's keyblade was on the opposite side of the handle in video, and was changed to the same side later, for example.)
@abcmomoi Terra's body is the body of Xehanort that Master Xehanort(the old guy) is controlling. The armor is being controlled by Terra's strength of will. Terra's body and possibly even his heart still aren't free yet, but they should be in KH3. =)

Roxas defends himself all the while Ven's memories are entering his mind. confused about this he fights terra in order to find out the truth behind this.
