Looks tasty. My favorite apples are Fuji and Gala's. Those are good raw "uncooked". Pretty much any other apple is good for cooking or mixing with caramel. I work at a huge fruit warehouse on the westcoast so I see and eat all type of apples. Jonagolds, Grannys, Pink Ladys, Honeycrisp, Lady Alice which are named after my friends passed grandmother at Zirkle Fruit. We even make grape flavored apples which are pretty good if you like sweet things. So many different kinds these days. Good 4 u 2!
