There are only two democracies in the Middle East: Iraq and Lebanon, very weak ones. 0% of the Mandate of Palestine should go to the jews. Jews had no right to implement their state into the Arabs in the West of the Jordan river. Jews were foreigners arriving from Europe.

@wownouser 2/3 of the settlements that exist today were built after the Oslo accords. The Oslo accords were a farse created by Israel to gain time. Never Israel presented a fair offer to a Palestinian state. Getting away from Gaza is not a compromise. Getting away from occupied territories are an obligation, not a compromise, and Gaza is irrelevant to Israelis anyway. The rockets from Gaza have no relation with the Israeli withdrawal, but with Hamas taking over.

@wownouser I decided to investigate it better, the settlements "only" had their population doubled since Oslo. I say Oslo is a farce because it was not signed as a step towards the stablishment of a Palestinian state. No serious effort by Israel towards this goal was done. Regarding terrorism, in the last 6 years very few terrorists attacks came from the West Bank, they are cooperating with Israel. What do they gain? More settlements.

But I was referring to the viscious terrorism in the 1920's - the Palestinians' response to the Oslo accords

For your information, the wave of Palestinian terror attacks that came after the signing of the Oslo accords just about killed the Israeli left. I'm not kidding, it killed it.
