  • @MattConditioning nah your video is the best I've seen so far. really great skills. I've some problems with my hanstand balance. trianing hard but theres long way to go for me :) how did you handle your head ache while handstand( if youe had one)? cheers

    - I can do a normal handstand for atleast 30 seconds when standing completely still. And I can walk a little around. What should my next step be to train?
