Drupal 7 Install (part one - the installation process)

when i open the site it says "Drupal already installed" what should i do but i didn't built any website yet..

I thought you made the site within drupal. What does it do if you have to make your site somewhere else? (Like wordpress)

anyone else noticed how the new drupal 7 (released on 5th jan) is slow? Takes ages to load a page.

Looks like an admin site cos there is no content posted to the front page yet. I doubt if Drupal will ever be "easy" to set up.

@momendo - it's a throw-away website so no, I don't think we're concerned. I'm willing to be corrected and appropriately alarmed tho, if required.

i'm guessing it was a random password so you're free to go try to connect to the server and log in...
