No it wasnt a fusion of two borgs, although it can be based on a fusion design of the Red and Blue Borgs. The White Blaster Beetleborg was designed to destroy the Shadow Borg, only. Once the Shadow Borg was destroyed, there was no need for the White Borg and the powers were destroyed. The Shadow and White Borgs were linked, if one went, so did the other.

Zyuranger is Japanese and all the actors are Asian. In the United States Asians are depicted in Yellow skin in forms of comedy. But because it is politically incorrect they changed midway through season 2. So thats what the difference is.
