Rogers are thieves, I cancelled my account, and they continued to charge me for six months, then thought I should pay that on top of the cancellation fees...then they sent me to collections to collect money they were in no way shape or form owed.... bell is raelly not much better, they just aren't as good about being sneaky, so they don't bother to send you a bill, just an amount owed...
the guy at the end is a idiot, when you enter a contract to get a cheap phone, the carriers actually lose money but make it back over the course of the contract, they are recovering costs by you not holding your end of the deal, end of story!
