This movie isn't very good, there's a lot of bad acting and a predictable killer. I do like seeing it take place somewhere other than LA or NYC. And I like seeing him on the Marine Unit instead of being homicide, or detective, things we've seen a lot of.

He's still the king though, and this movie looks Strikingly familiar as something that disappeared from my childhood and I've been waiting desperately to locate it. I didn't think that Willis was in it, but this looks like the one.
