He apparently didn't want to be there (watch the first clip), and the question about his wife a reason enough for him to cut the interview short.

I cherish him for not speaking English. I think he can understand, but remember when non-native speakers "try" speaking English they tend to make a fool of themselves. He prefers to speak in his native language, and not take and chances.

I did not have any positive opinions about this man before watching this interview. Now, I admire him.

If you are a President of a country, each word you prononce is important, he could answer in english, but when it's about politics questions, and when it's not prepared, it's better to answer with your native language to avoid misunderstandings
