yea, i totally agree with ur statement abt not comparing urself with others..i think wen i do that, it makes me feel highly depressedd! hw other ppl r better in w/e areas.. but then sumtimes it's makes u feel better wen u see ur well off compared to sum otherrr people. hahaha..n abt ageing..i knw i'm very young but do i dreaddd aging! lol..even tho it's an inevitable part of life, i cnt get used to the fact that fact! thanks for another greaaaaaat video!

Hmm. Ok, let's see.....there are several kinds of retainers, you can google images to see all kinds. Depending on what she needs done will determine the optimum ortho treatment. Mine was relatively minor, so I had the option to NOT wear braces. Retainers are custom made for each mouth and I went through three sets. Each appointment, the orthodontist would adjust the special wires inside the retainer to activate it for the next six weeks, until that retainer would no longer do anything.

My wife was so impressed with this video. you are an inspiration. She was hoping you would do a video just on the retainers. Everything you can say about them, show them etc. She needs to consider if she wants to go that route. Any help is appreciated.
