wow big man!! youre just not good enough to buy a chevy or a gmc so you bough tthis pice of shit and wasted youre money on that shitty exhaust system.
ha ha ha i like the part in the description that says exhaust system not broken in thats funny exhaust systems dont break in ive done exhaust work for a long time there is no breakin period they dont sound any better with age and it wont get any louder unless you have cheapo glasspacks
or if you purchase any muffler with packing in it such as a magna flow or and non chambered muffler. how long have u been working on mufflers??? dumbass
dumbass huh all magnaflows and modern straight thru design mufflers are packed with a steel wool type material it will not burn or blow out but i know you will probly reply to my comment saying im wrong because your uncles cousins freinds aunts bouyfriend works at magnaflow or some bullshit like that oh and i dont work on mufflers as you put it i designe and install aftermarket exhaust systems dumbass
its all an ancient hot rodding myth that u need backpressure. look it up, "the exhaust valves need backpressure to close properly" and whatever else u wanna argue is false.
man ur full of it ive worked in a muffler shop for over 14 years i cant tell you how many times some kid came in just had ta have 3 inch duels on his mustang camaro or what ever and comes back the next day because he has no low end torque any more i redo the system with 2 1/4 pipe and guess what the power comes back ive seen it time and time again for a race car its ok but for a street car that needs that low end torque to big of an exhaust will kill it every time
look it up dude. I believe you, i dont doubt ur credentials but ive been told by too many credible people that its just a myth. so i dont know who to believe...
uh are you sure because straight piping a diesel is fine for it and they are turbo charged...i thought it was ok for them because the turbo supplys sufficent back pressure whereas a gas motor has no turbo therefore needing back pressure
dont listen to doriford he doesnt know what hes talking about, naturally aspirated engines will lose low end torque, thats about all, turbocharged engines the least backpressure the better, the turbo provides plenty of backpressure
well, it depends on the turbocharger actually, I've expirienced overboost with the lack of back pressure as the turbocharger went for too high speed and produced 24 psi 3000 RPM which is too much for a high-revvy japanese inline 6...
nope:) the turbos are straight off the manifold on a cummins. . plus that would mean if you had one turbo you couldnt have 2 manifolds or headers because no matter what the 2 would have to go into one to the turbo
You may delete the comments, but i still get the emails, and i was saying more of the turbos by the rear end, ive seen it on a vette and a few other cars, so you could still close the hood. Anything is possible with money. :P
dude ive got a 1500 with duels and flowmasters and itll blow yer shit to peices ive actually parked in fron of my house and nocked shit off the walls with it
that paintjob is sick as hell dude... nice then my dodge ill admit.. but my exhuast sounds alot better.. no offence but urs sounds kinda high pitched ricer sounding?? i dont kno maybe its the video or camera... but sick truck bro.. rememer dodge always beats chevy.. im probly gonna get crap for sayin that
So what . The truck is freaking orange....what a dorky ride.

doesnt it need backpressure to run?
cumminspower2256 2 years ago
turbocharged engines need backpressure or they will boost too much (if running stock - that's bad)

2.5 inch is too small for a diesel. its a gas job.
ircdytna92 2 years ago
you are sadly mistaken....Dodges diesel is the cummins which has 6 cylinders in a row....and one manifold so true duals would be impossible
cumminspower2256 2 years ago
You COULD have 2 manifolds, 3 cylinders per manifold, and in that case have true duals.
Totenhosen17 2 years ago
not trying to be an a*sshole but how do you figure... its an inline 6 not a v6 talking about diesel here
cumminspower2256 2 years ago
I've seen/read about dual manifolds on a straight six before.
Totenhosen17 2 years ago
Also, ive seen twin turbos on a straight six before, which you could get true duals outta that.
Totenhosen17 2 years ago
nope:) the turbos are straight off the manifold on a cummins. . plus that would mean if you had one turbo you couldnt have 2 manifolds or headers because no matter what the 2 would have to go into one to the turbo

But they dont have to be straight off the manifold. :P

yes they do you are wrong! so what.... your gonna need 2 intercoolers and plus there would be so much piping you couldn't have a hood
