IV was a good game but I prefer RDR to it. It's not even the best GTA. I liked SA better. But I did like it and want to play the episodes. Does anyone know how long they are? I heard that TLAD was like 10-15 hours but what about gay Tony?

You can pick it up cheap these days thou, seeing how GTA: Chinatown Wars was release & dropped the price on GTA IV

I have to admit, when I first got this game I thought it was the best thing ever created, seems most people did too. But now, I mean it's a great game no questions asked, but it's not perfect at all. Somehow Rockstar hypnotised everyone to love this game straight away....but how!

@chinglis Graphics are not great...... On consoles in paticular, there is 0 anti aliasing and frame rate isues. Graphically the pc is much better, but still isn't to great.

Te map in gta 4 is just lame, very few shops(clothes, guns,food) NO stats such a muscle and stamina, can't customize cars. And the graphics aren't very high end. They are alright, but on consoles there is no antialiasing. In short, this game deserves an 8.5-9. Not a 10. San Andreas deserves a 10.

Gamespot used to be so reliable. If they like a game, you KNOW it was good. But, ever since Gerstman got the boot due to his poor review that pissed off an advertiser, Gamespot has forever lost all credibility.

@dstebbin You can't install all six pieces at one time. No, you play the first part of the game, then uninstall that part, and then install the second part. So, if you want to start a new game, you have to completely re-install the first part. So, if your little brother comes in and wants to start a game, but you're already onto the second part, then he's just going to have to wait in line.

@dstebbin MGS4 is considered great to many because of its storytelling and great gameplay. The 90 minute cutscenes did well to tell the story. Very well. A two or three minute install after each chapter didn't seem that bad to me, but I can understand how it can get annoying. You're free to express your opinion, but that doesn't mean you should bash people who think the game is amazing.

this is a disappointment. they took away features. it went froma state based game (gta sa) back to liberty city (a city which is pretty small) and took away planes motorcycles are hard to find and its a very short boring storyline. it sucks.

The realism in this game is a blessing and a curse for me

it a blessing because its just fun driving around the city and just observing the funny shit the people of liberty city and the missions are fun

its a curse because with the realism there is not that many side shit to do which is boring

but TLaD and TBoGT makes up for all the curses
