@petrodin I sent a stock slant 6 cam to Schneider racing cams of California. They reground the stock cam for lost of duration and very little over stock lift. I did not have to mess with valve springs with stock lift. Ask for George, he will remember me and the vintage modified slant 6. It was less than $150.00. Just the cam alone. Rip

@coldflames2 compression was stock pistons. .040 over. saved the head .075.  that raised the cpmpression. But I do not know how much.

Mmmmmm Slant Six goodness. What have you done to that engine?

The Slant Six (G/RG) was developed at the same time as the Big Block (B/RB). They have common features like a deep-skirt block. The Slant Six will respond VERY much to performance modifications, as any engine will.
