I wasn't sure about this video, but all of you are kind of right, after Grievous has lost his female fighting partner Ronderu lij Kummar (which was possibly his love or his half sister, I bet it was the first) he took himself 10 women and made 30 children ... quite impressive. ^^ But I'm a real Grievous-Fan, he's my favorite character, so I think Ronderu was his only and real love, and he would have been always loyal to her, and noone could replace her for Grievous.
