It takes a lot for youtube to encode it because it converts your video to 480p. This is the youtube "HD", in case you people didn't know. So, converting from 720p or 1080p to 480p takes a while, especially when you have a lot of videos.

Stop the complaints! It takes a while for YouTube to encode the video especially on a 30-minute HD video like this one. There are hundreds or thousands of videos being uploaded simultaneously to YouTube. YouTube are doing their best to make freshly uploaded videos to be available as soon as possible by posting the non-HD version first.

It is in HD format but it takes a while for YouTube to encode the HD version. YouTube would first post a non-HD format and later the HD version as soon as it is encoded. All revision3 shows are in HD in case you don't know.
