I don't dirty a pan. I boil water in a large bowl in the microwave. Once boiling, I put the noodles and seasonings in the bowl. Let it set for 3 to 5 minutes until soft.
I was having problems with the eggs not coming out right. It wasn't coming out like it looked in the restaurants. First I tried olive oil and that splattered and popped badly. Crisco and medium heat and a spatula and poring the egg mix after mixing and after getting pan to right temperature worked best. I never had that much trouble with fried eggs over easy. PAM and a spatula heat up pan first and flip.

Chicken flavor is pretty good but it is no where as good as Oriental flavor.
