Man, I really liked the walk and talks because we got to see some of the scenery outside of the shop (And the morning feeling just makes me feel good, cause morning is my favorite part of the day). But I'd have to go with everyone else and say build a new army, or make some painting tutorials on Tyranids.
Switch it up. Variety is good. Build a new army, show bits of your life if you want, show parts of your days at work that may not be directly related to wargaming, do some general Q and A, and/or show other things you enjoy doing. Keep it fluid, it's a vlog. Like you've said it, changes.
i vote painting. I would watch you paint regardless of what you'd be saying. I watch as many painting videos as I can find but I'm not interested in the actual gw games. So if i could see some nice painting you'd have two markets covered. :)

Start a Journeyman League at MWG for Warmachine/Hordes and build a new Hordes army for yourself. Blog the construction and maybe a couple of the early battles which should be short as they basicly be battle boxes.

Maybe a vlog about a new army (warma/hordes or WHF). You could start with why you picked that army and why you picked the units in that army. While you paint it you could talk about differnt subjects like you did when you did your walking vlog. Then when your done painting the army a few Bat reps with the army.

I love the new army. However, you should do it in secret! Do your best to keep it hidden from Dave, and then conclude the series by challenging Dave with your new army. Do the blog in secret, and make Blood Angel's Kryptonite. Dave will be shocked, and the viewers will be entertained. Sounds awesome to me!
Treat yourself to an old flipcam exactly the same as the dead one, walking is healthy for you. Walk n talks were fun.
You could always have a hobby vlog about a project, doesnt have to be for you, could be for MWG. The other side of construction, thoughts on what to make and where to begin and things like that.

I think that you don't do enough videos together Matt... I mean with the other wargamers from your club. It would be a lot of fun to see You and Dave or maybe Mike (i know he left miniwargaming : S) sometimes talk about warhammer, tactics or the hobby or anything else and i think that a lot of people would watch thoose episodes just for the fun of it. So I think that a podcast together would be greetly appreciated within the community. That's just an idea though.
I have an idea for a video... I want to start 40k so could you bring like a summary of all the armies and talk about things that gamesworkshop wont say. Like playstyle, cheapest to buy, cheaper ways to build an army.

If you do something while vlogging then it can lead to loooong videos and IMO, 30 minutes is the absolute max for a sit down video. Updating the business side of MWG might be good. We don't need to know your L4L sales but a few words about the store, the club etc. What about new games like Infinity. Just a chit chat, your opinions on gaming, the community, new trends.
Find something that you have been meaning to work on (i.e. new army, painting, tactics) and concentrate your VLog on that as a way of motivating you to do it.
VLOG your new Game and discussion of mechanics, etc. Hell get a series of vloggers together with this and start discussing stuff you'd like to see or rules you never understood troop types, etc. Total "way to geeky" discussion that we can all feel guilty about enjoying.
Before you guys do anything. You have to let me do a new intro for you guys. I cringe when I see the batrep intro. Where you can see pictures of your faces ruined by some horrible stock Photoshop filter.
You could make an interactive conversion challenge? E.g. Someone challenges you to make X out of Y. or to make a specific unit of the week into various things. Just an Idea... suppose it is coming from an Ork .
I am always scared of breaking my flip when it is plugged in. So I bought a little USB extender cable so I can lay the flip down and not have to worry about it as much.
and everyone seems to like the idea of making an army, I think it would be cool if you did that but make it super custom. Like each guy converted special, greater detailed paint jobs then normal table top quality ect ect
How about talking about the different characters within the warhammer/40k world and their stories, eg. Huron, Calgar etc...

Treat yourself to an old flipcam exactly the same as the dead one, walking is healthy for you. Walk n talks were fun.
You could always have a hobby vlog about a project, doesnt have to be for you, could be for MWG. The other side of construction, thoughts on what to make and where to begin and things like that.

You should work on building/painting various Tyranid units, specifically things that don't have models, such as Tyrannofexes or Harpies.
If not, it would be cool to watch you build another army.

Well, it would be really interesting if you could in some of the Vlogs talk about conversions. You know, show some of those you did, ask few friends around if you can borrow their conversions. Talk about the techniques, ideas behind it and what not. I think it could be really interesting, and it is quite general, open thing. Right? <<

I think that you don't do enough videos together Matt... I mean with the other wargamers from your club. It would be a lot of fun to see You and Dave or maybe Mike (i know he left miniwargaming : S) sometimes talk about warhammer, tactics or the hobby or anything else and i think that a lot of people would watch thoose episodes just for the fun of it. So I think that a podcast together would be greetly appreciated within the community. That's just an idea though.

I have an idea for a video... I want to start 40k so could you bring like a summary of all the armies and talk about things that gamesworkshop wont say. Like playstyle, cheapest to buy, cheaper ways to build an army.
For example I want to know what armies I can build out of black reach start set.. i know orks, space marines and blood angels... but what other armies could I get out of them

If you do something while vlogging then it can lead to loooong videos and IMO, 30 minutes is the absolute max for a sit down video. Updating the business side of MWG might be good. We don't need to know your L4L sales but a few words about the store, the club etc. What about new games like Infinity. Just a chit chat, your opinions on gaming, the community, new trends.

Find something that you have been meaning to work on (i.e. new army, painting, tactics) and concentrate your VLog on that as a way of motivating you to do it.

VLOG your new Game and discussion of mechanics, etc. Hell get a series of vloggers together with this and start discussing stuff you'd like to see or rules you never understood troop types, etc. Total "way to geeky" discussion that we can all feel guilty about enjoying.

You could make an interactive conversion challenge? E.g. Someone challenges you to make X out of Y. or to make a specific unit of the week into various things. Just an Idea... suppose it is coming from an Ork .

I am always scared of breaking my flip when it is plugged in. So I bought a little USB extender cable so I can lay the flip down and not have to worry about it as much.
and everyone seems to like the idea of making an army, I think it would be cool if you did that but make it super custom. Like each guy converted special, greater detailed paint jobs then normal table top quality ect ect
