My game runs perfect until it starts the race once the countdown starts it goes about 22FFP , then it picks up to 38 ffp, any ideas on how to fix I'm using dolphin 2.0 nd my computer is quad core
Click on "Config" in the emulator and on the very first window in the "general" tab it will say "Framelimit" check the box that says "use FPS for limiting, then on the drop down box select the frame rate you want your games to run at, chose 60 if you want the games to run at the correct speed. Even my 10 year old brother knows how to use Dolphin :-/
You keep calling people noobs but a frame limiter does not work the way you are suggesting people to use it. Its degisn was to stop games from running too fast and it cannot magical make a weak pc gain 20 to 30fps just by setting the FPS to 60..
If your games are running slow you should try playing around with the hacks and graphic settings within dolphin.
Look what he wrote "makes mine go to fast" so it must be obvious to use frame limiter to slow the speed down to 100% if the game is too fast. So next time might want to double check what you read. The reason I said choose 60 is because that's the intended speed for them to run at unless PAL. I was in no way saying he can achieve those speeds, I just said "correct speeds" it's up to his PC to give him that result.

List specs for your whole computer at least. Or no one can give you a good answer.
