And are you implying that smokers shouldn't be allowed to smoke outside or are you implying that there should be much more non smoking areas in terms of inside public buildings? If it's the second option, I'm completely with you. People's rights should not infringe on another person's rights, but your right to not be infringed on shouldn't completely limit the rights of others. You have the right not to breathe their smog.

If they don't blow right into my face (not so rare as you can think), they can smoke outside all they want. just don't bother others, that's all I'm saying... and about that age thing - I know enough old people past 80 which can tell you few things about that drugs. If you don't eat too much chemicals (because it's almost impossible not to eat them at all in our age of instant meals and fast foods..) and you're active, you won't need them.

Well, I wouldn't say it's necessarily cool, but it is enjoyable, and you're actually supporting America by smoking, funnily enough. Most tobacco is grown in the US, cigarettes are made in the US, lighters are made in the US, etc. so you're stimulating the American economy AND paying the high taxes for them.
