I like this very much, hold true to Gene's vision of his TOST show. I see a lot of potential for your new show. I hope to see many more to come. Well of to Act II
Although, the acting is not that bad for a show so early in it's "run". Agreed about the camera operation though. I'd love to see less corridor scenes from the original series, though (you could tell that two were). But perhaps that will improve w/ time.
Very good for a first act, and I loved the pan out from the room. I'm glad you included a couple of known star trek phrases and you've got the mode of speech down pretty well.
Great work guys but the acting needs work ! Too much thinking and straight looks, doesn't seem to flow naturally for all of you. Keep at it though its a very good project !
This is the worst one of the many parts. After this it's all up hill. In your defense, it's a first time, probably early on in the production, but the boring, poorly dealt dialogue almost set me off watching the rest of this. Watch out for that, because that's a great show, it just needs work on sections like this. I'm not saying no dialogue, I'm saying new improved dialogue.
Yeah, I miss the female voice. But they would need to get someone that sounded like Majel Barrett to do it -- is Barrett available? I know the computer voice on the eps. for the New Voyages sounds amazing like Majel Barrett's voice, if not hers.
OMG - I hope they don't forget about that welder on the front of the ship.

My only quibble is the acting. They don't seem natural at all. They need to relax a bit and not try so hard.

Were those velour uniforms on some of the extras? Nice touch. My only quibble is that the computer should have a female voice.
