Thanks. I have no plans to build another T1. I was trying to build one of every letter-class of the PRR steam locos. I got A, B, D, E, G, H, I, K, L, M, and T done. Then I moved, tore down the layout, and shifted gears to model a whole new region, so I don't know if I'll ever get back to it to do the Q. But I was planning on doing the Q1, not the Q2, just because it's a one-of-a-kind. I'd probably still use Kato/Con-Cor 4-6-4 frames.
i saw ur picture of this engine on model railroaders website..wow!!.. thts kitbashing right there..i am a kitbasher as well but i am in HO...i custom make engines, passenger and all kinds of cars..when u get time check out some of my vid's..great job/vid..keep up the awsome work!!

@mmagliaro oh anytime...i'll check tht out...i have a friend who is into n scale so he might want to build his own T-1...i hope u make more vid's with this great steamer..btw are u planing to build another T-1 or the Q-2 in n scale?
Thanks! There's a whole article on the construction in the NTrak Steam Locomotive Information Book. I started it in 1999 and worked on it for about 2 years on and off, then put it away. I came back to it in eary 2006 and put in a solid 4 months finishing it up.
you made the T-1???where can I find that information book? My boy friend is amost done with his bowser T-1...I think he would love to build that N scale T-1

Fine looking consist. And nice job on the T-1! I model in HO scale, and there's no way I'd undertake a project like that.
