@KARRIEN1984 . No one can answer that question exactly. Why? Because, the laws are still the laws. The only thing that you can do is follow the "procedure" to have items on your report investigated and validated. That said, the laws do say that a bureau has "UP TO 30 days" to conduct the investigation and provide results.
If the work done in that 30 days has no proof to back up the reported information, the item is removed. Otherwise you may need to follow up with a 2nd round for more proof.
but how long will it take to get off credit report 30days or 45 days or will you get it off in days????
