@raficsulejmanovic You can freeze it. It will last for at least 3-4 months. The stock will smell rancid when it has gone bad. I suggest smell the stock when it's fresh then you will know what it should smell like when it spoils.
Do not throw the fat away off the top of the stock skim it off put it in an air tight container, use it to saute with or use as a base for soups. I use it for sauteing vegetables in my chicken pot pie AMAZING flaver :)
yeah! Whassup with neurotic fat free food??? It's a great taste carrier and it's not as unhealthy as a lot of stuff people eat and drink with the "fat free" food they think they have prepared. Sugar and carbohydrates are what gets stuck in your body system, not direct fat.
Keep a little fat and the food will taste much better!
thanks, that was very informative. i just bought a used unused pot and the instructions were not as concise. thanks for taking the time to share your expertise. i am excited at all the possiblities a pressure cooker has to offer my kitchen
Why didn't you vent the pressure cooker for 10-15 min before putting on the weight? You normally want all the air vented so it is full of only steam.

The gentleman mentioned that the stock can kept in the refrigerator for 3-4 days.
q1 I would like to know ways if it can be kept longer (if feasible)?
q2 How would I know that the stock has gone bad after x number of days?
Thank you.

Cant have the best of all worlds, I guess. Still, if the alternative is a bouillon cube, its far better way to go.

When you free it, what container do you use? As it hasn't been reduced, I presume you'll have to use relatively large (+-1 cup) seperate containers?
