i have a brillent idea for the cops and robbers they should get 5 racers and 5 cops the racers have to complete a number of laps but the cops have to stop the speeders from completing the race and if u get taken down by a cop there will be a little ciminatic view of a PCPD cop arresting u lol

i think that is how it will be. mostly because each cop car is different. if it was locally, it would probably be the same kind of car. plus, that would increase the # of events needed to get an Elite Licsense. However, it could just be put on the map seperatly from the rest of the events, but local only wouldn't be very fun (there would be only one of you, in cops and robbers, i believe there will be more than one robber)
