  • nice looks like you have turned the hole setup to resonance.Maybe if you ground or/and antenna thing may start getting crazyer!!!

  • You will notice that if you do not use AC the light will go out. The battery is tuned to the frequency using the filament as an inductor. Most persons miss this point: The voltage may drop accross the lamp but the current through the entire wire is the same. 60-100ma from power supply, 60-100ma through lamp, 60-100ma into the battery. The technique is similar to a radio antenna. It uses what is called a ground plane but really only has one connection. The other connection is earth. E-mail me. :)

  • So what you are saying is the battery is being charged at resonance?

  • Yes, but remember, he is using a power supply to do so. Some circuits, like Dr. Stifflers do not require a power supply.

You could also charge the battery using an antenna and a diode. Attach the cathode to to the positive terminal and tune the antenna array elements to the frequency of the most powerful radio transmitters in your area. The lower the PN voltage drop the better, were only talking microamps but it will add up with time.

    Cheers

  • Wierd.... but very kool interested if it does charge.

  • i think you have made a transmitter type circuit, your coil picking up power by the battery, have you moved it around?......just a thought you will have to read into it but you need to build a one wire reciever. that accepts power from air like an antenna. some mini tesla tower. great work

  • have you tried rectifing it to run the motor?

you should look up tesla's one wire electricity. sounds like its hv low current, could you do me a favor and just try to get a low energy compact flouresent twisty bulbs and stick it to the end. with the one wire it should light.

  • It is HV and the flourescent light does light, but, lighting also a regular hot filament bulb is strange for me.

Using rectification did not work for the motor and many different combinations that I could imagine.
