Hey Levi, I have an important question.

I have been doing parkour for about 6 months, and I've noticed on faster jumps I'm hitting my elbow and/or my shoulder while rolling, what am I doing wrong and how can I fix this? if anyone can help I'd appreciate it.

@hidingninja3 stop complaining they say parkour because not most people know about freerunning or the difference between the two. Most know it as parkour so they introduce them to that and if they want to start the art then they can learn for themselves what parkour vs freerunning is. It's just easier for the viewers.
